Hi, I’m Sandra.
My mission is to walk alongside people navigating life’s hardest thresholds - whether you are a woman in midlife suddenly pulled between caring for your children and your aging parents, or an employee returning to work after grief, illness, or caregiving leave. You don’t have to do it alone.
I bring together my years as an HR executive and my training as a death doula to create maps, tools, and lifelines that help you feel supported rather than overwhelmed. At home, this means guiding you through the emotional and logistical weight of end-of-life care so you have clarity, options, and space to be regarded. At work, this means designing compassionate systems for reboarding; so when you come back after weeks or months away, you’re welcomed with context, care, and the message: “We’re glad you’re here. That’s enough for today.”
In both spaces, my mission is the same: to ensure you are not lost in the shuffle of responsibilities or systems, but deeply supported as you navigate transitions that can feel isolating, exhausting, and all-consuming.
I work with people and organizations who find themselves at the intersection of life, loss, and responsibility:
Women in midlife — already stretched between careers, family, and home, who suddenly find themselves navigating the decline, diagnosis, or death of a parent. You want to show up for everyone, but the weight of caregiving and logistics on top of your full life feels overwhelming. You long for clarity, guidance, and support so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Leaders and workplaces — HR professionals, Managers, and Executives who want to reimagine how they support employees through transitions. From compassionate performance conversations to reboarding after grief, illness, or extended leave, I help you create structures that bring people back with context, belonging, and humanity…not unrealistic expectations.
